Savings and Earnings too

I live in a very sunny place so I decided to put Solar Power panels on the roof and on a tracking system out in our large back yard. I produce so much more electricity than I need and my local power company buys all my surplus. Now not only to I run my house with no cost for electricity but I make a nice profit. I know a few others that just put the panels on their roof and they still manage to have a surplus especially during the summer months. Why everyone doesn’t do this is beyond me.
