Judging Marketing Effectiveness

Our marketing department has requested that we purchase CRM solutions software so that they will be better able to judge the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns so that they will be better able to sell our product. They want to be able to end marketing campaigns quickly that are judged to be ineffective, and extend campaigns that are working well. They say that software is available to help them to accomplish this, and are researching the best options for them. They will let us know what they decide they would like to purchase, and the reasons behind their decision, as soon as they have reached it.
