Bluetooth Hacking Is Illegal If Done Without Consent

There are a lot of things that hacking can do especially with bluetooth. So as a regular person, how can one prevent Bluetooth Hacking into happening to you. You tend to realize how vulnerable you are and how vulnerable your cellphone and other gadgets to other people especially those know who know how to hack. There should be a law against hacking other people. Bluetooth hacking should always be done with the consent of the person who owns the gadget. I wonder if this is the reason why cellphones even ipods have viruses.
