We Both Ordered The Truth About Six Pack Abs

I am not fat by any stretch of the imagination but I always feel like there might be a little more that could come off around the midsection if I really but my heart into it. A friend of mine has been reading a book by a fat loss specialist called The Truth About Six Pack Abs in the hopes that she too can loose some weight. I could do with a flatter stomach and dropping a few pounds at the same time would not hurt so I went online, bought and have just downloaded the book and it’s complete program.
