The criminal records check that Bruce does

I have been in business for the past few years as a plumber. I took over the business from my old boss when he had a stroke and had to retire. This was okay for me because he sold me the business for a very god price. His name is Bruce and he was more than just my boss he is my friend. Bruce taught me many things over the years one of which was to always run a New Jersey state criminal records check on all potential employees. Having some sort of past didn’t always matter to Bruce he just wanted to understand a person better.
