Looking into debt management

I have been struggling to pay the mortgage payment over the last year. Now gas prices are higher then ever and the cost of groceries is out of control. At first, it made perfect sense to use the credit cards to pay our bills but now I have to look into debt management because things have gotten out of control. The credit card monthly payment is really high and that on top of our adjustable mortgage payment is more then we take home.
