THIS I HANDLED BY VIDEO-TAPING LECTURES FOR SIX WEEKS..I FOUND THAT I HAD BECOME, QUITE UNINTENTIONALLY, A ROLE MODEL FOR YOUNGER WOMEN, PRIOR GENERATIONS OF WOMEN ACADEMICS WERE EXPECTED EITHER TO REMAIN CELIBATE, OR TO RETIRE FROM TEACHING IF THEY HAD A CHILD. I am serious about getting fit and decided to work out each morning before work. I am tired of being overweight and sometimes lack the motivation to exercse. I thought I would try something different and put the exercise equipment on the patio. I had a patio heater so while warming up I could easily turn it on. I am quite proud of my gym as I have a treadmill, numerous pin machines such as a leg press, chest press and the like. I also have a cross trainer which can be a bit of fun when I get tired with the treadmill. My target is to lose 20 kilograms this year.
