Why Crunch Won’t lose that Stomach Fat

I would venture to guess that if you asked 100 people what the best exercise is to Lose Stomach Fat at least 90 of them would say something like “situps,” or “crunches.”  The fact is though that the best exercise is whatever burns the most calories.  Rowing, Running, Biking, and fast paced weight training would be included.  The misconception often arises because people think that by working certain muscles you will lose the fat over the muscle.  That is not how it works though.  In order to lose fat you have to simply burn more calories then you take in.  Working a mucle will only make that muscle bigger.  it wil not affect the fat on the skin that isn’t even attached to it.
