What It Was, Was Football

I finally got all of the video we took of DJ’s last football season edited this weekend. We wanted to surprise him with it for graduation, but didn’t get it done in time. Instead, we’re going to setup an entire website devoted to his High School career, and have it ready for his birthday this month.
Janice is pulling together the photo montage, and I used some Godaddy Coupons to buy “djonthegirdiron.com” and a year’s worth of hosting. Pretty reasonable, too.
It was really kind of nostalgic looking back through all of the vids from his Freshman year on. The kid really played his heart out. I’m glad that he’s decided not to play in college, but I will miss watching him play.
Close one chapter, and open another, I guess.
