Using a criminal background search

This proof is called a criminal history background report or a police arrest record. When no such record exists, or when a person does have a clean background, they might still need to acquire proof that states no such record exists. In most states, a person is usually arrested and taken to the local police station before being presented to a judicial officer like a magistrate for his case to be reviewed for a criminal background search. This is called processing, and involves having an individual’s prints and photographs taken. It’s perfectly true that there are no two people, in the whole entire world, who have the same prints.
