The lucid dream that altered my world view

One night I had this dream that was so exquisite, so awesome, that it suddenly struck me that I must be dreaming. Becoming a lucid dreamer instantly like that is a powerful feeling. I could float and fly, and gained all these amazing supernatural abilities. There was a moment in the dream that I recognized this is not a conventional affair. What jolted my awareness was that I was the only one around who could perform these incredible feats. I attempted to work out if it was a dream or reality, but what established it for me was that anything I desired to occur it would take place. I’ve been practicing ever since to have more aware dreams - as this was one truly life-changing feeling!
