A good walking tour

I am going to be going to Zurich with my husband on vacation, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good walking tour we could take? I would be fine with one led by a guide, or just a route we could take to maximize the number of attractions we would walk by. We both like to walk around new places rather than drive, and I definitely like to get some exercise after long drives or flights. We also need to find hotels in Zurich and in Bern, where we are going afterwards, so if anyone has any recommendations it would be wonderful.
