The main benefits of steam rooms

There are two glaring disadvantages of steam rooms in comparison to sauna rooms. There are many people who do not like constricted space. Steam rooms are much more constricted than sauna rooms. It is easy to store heat inside the steam room as compared to sauna however it is difficult to provide that intense heat which can be provided inside conventional sauna. Steam room can provide regular heat but at the same time intensity of the heat is much lesser as compared to conventional sauna. If you are among people who like to have intense heat on their body then steam room is not for you.
