The best way to Cook

My Uncle Dave has been cooking in a smoker since I can remember. He butchers his own cattle, and I must say that I have never had better ribs in my life than when I had them at his house last summer. There is something about smokers that makes the flavors come alive, and I can not wait until he shows me how to use one this year. I am sure that I will not be as good at it as he it, but maybe with a little practice I can achieve the kind of culinary greatness that he has.
