Positive Effects Of Single Parenting Are found In Some Unlikey Places

No one is denying that being a single parent can be difficult; however, there are some positive effects of single parenting that many people do not consider. Consider my neighbor, for example, She and her ex husband have three children and because her husband is local to her and the kids they see their father every day. What’s more, he has the kids three days out of the week as well, giving my friend some much needed ‘me’ time. While she misses her kids when they are with their dad, and it is a struggle for her financially to be single, she says that she is better with her kids than ever before because she get some time away from them, making her time with them even better.
