New Construction

By admin | May 2, 2008

In today’s society, more and more people are worried about the rising cost of gas, the threat of a recession looming over their heads and now the real estate market.  While there is still new construction being built all around us, there aren’t as many people as construction companies would hope who are moving into these houses.  For that reason, a lot of newly-built houses are remaining empty.   Increasing numbers of home owners are concerned about the value of their homes and  the fact that if they try to sell their house and move into another one that their house won’t sell because no one is buying OR they won’t be able to get the loan that they’ll need from the bank for the mortgage on the new home because banks are being more strict about who they are lending out money to.  As a result, the United States is seeing an all time low in the number of people purchasing or moving from homes.
