Identifying Kittens

If your kitten becomes lost, you will be all the more calm if you have taken the needed steps to ensure their safety. A main component of kitten health that people seem to overlook is that of identification. There are several forms to choose from, from your standard collar and I.D. tag, to more technological advances such as “The Finder System.” This system uses a microchip embedded with a custom serial number and phone number. If the kitten is found, the person may take it to a vet with the proper scanning equipment, call the number, punch in the serial number and receive the information needed.
