So you have secured a listing presentation appointment with a potential seller. Congratulations. Now all you have to do, is turn this seller from a skeptical would be client into someone who trusts you to sell their home. Your real estate listing presentation is the perfect tool to showcase your services and to ask to the business. Make sure you separate yourself from the competition and highlight exactly what makes you different. Do you have special skills or new tools that you can use to sell this home? Make sure you include it. Gone are the days where you could walk in with only a list of comparable. Today’s sellers will shop around so your job is to convince them that you are the best agent for them.
