Go Green With Battery Powered Cordless Lawnmowers

Everyone who owns a home would like to have a lush, beautiful, green lawn. But keeping the grass trimmed to perfection comes at a cost. First, the gas you buy for the lawnmower is becoming more expensive so you are spending more just to fill the tank to begin with. And second, gas powered lawn mowers are toxic to the environment. According to Popular Science magazine (July 2008), “Gas-powered mowers can spew as much pollution in an hour as a car does in 100 miles” (p.45). One easy solution is to use battery powered cordless lawnmowers. Just recharge the battery after each trimming and you’ll save some money and the planet all while cutting your grass.
