When you get hurt your body can get out of shape

Exercise helps you to rebuild the muscles in your legs or arms, through use your body will rebuild itself back to the way it was. In injuries of the legs we obviously wont be walking on them but they can become fat as we continue to nourish our bodies but don’t get proper exercise to the legs. Once your legs stop hurting so much you should start working on rehabilitating them by exercising the muscles. Exercise will burn the fat feed the muscle and your legs will feel stronger, thinner and better in no time at all. Don’t get discouraged.
