What is your favorite skin care treatment?

There are so many processes out there both over the counter and in the doctors office that offer various degrees of skin care treatment. What is your favorite? I am really curious about find a new skin care treatment for myself and would be willing to go in and see the dermatologist if that would be necessary. As I am getting closer to 40, I am beginning to see my facial skin change and I don’t like it. However, I am overwhelmed by all the information and things you can do to your face to know where to start. I would appreciate any help I could get. Thanks!
