The diet my mother is trying out.

My mom had been trying to lose weight for the past four months. She has a cruise ship trip coming up this spring and she wants to look good for it. A while back she went online and she looked into different fad diet types and found one that she felt would be a good match for her. It was a diet where she replaced her meals with a special drink mix. She liked the idea because she felt that she could stave off hunger by drinking this special mixture. She just started doing this and we will all see how it turns out.
