Replace Coffee with Green Tea sand Lose Weight!

I remember Oprah having Dr. Perricone on her show several years ago. They were discussing the benefits of green tea. This Oprah and green tea diet show still sticks with me. I remember Dr. Perricone saying on the show that if you stop drinking coffee and start drinking green tea instead you can lose ten pounds in six weeks. He guaranteed it. He discussed the fat burning properties of green tea. He said that coffee acids actually raise blood sugar. He said that green tea has caffeine but will not raise sugar levels. I’ve haven’t tried switching my coffee for green tea yet, but I’m definitely considering it!
