Relax Into the Yoga Corpse Pose for Better Growth

Freeing up and relaxing the whole body including the spine and pelvis is one of the easy but beneficial tips to grow taller. The corpse pose is one that loosens the discs of the vertebral column and allows them to soak in the spinal fluid that makes them larger and longer. It soothes the mind and gives the experience of deep sleep while remaining fully conscious. Lie on your back, arms by the sides, palms up, and feet apart. Slightly tilt your head to either side and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and relax. Relax each part of the body one by one and let go the minutest of strain and stress. Sink into the floor and lie motionless for 10 minutes.
