Psyllium husks do not have to taste nasty

By admin | May 8, 2008

Fiber used to have the stereo type of being gritty and nasty smelling. Nobody wanted to take fiber unless they absolutely had to for constipation. Today, fiber products have come a very long way. There are products on the market that have psyllium husks as their main ingredient, and they completely disolve in water. You can cook with fiber added to almost any recipe and nobody has to know that it is in there. Fiber is so good for the body and it has been shown to help lower cholesterol and help a person improve their overall health. It is time to give fiber a chance.
