Patient Tracking Software Needed By Big Hospitals

Hospitals are getting bigger now. One of the major hospitals in the country are expanding and adding a new wing to the building to meet the demands of the patients. There are more patients now more than ever and I understand completely when the doctor sometimes forget the names of the patients they are treating. That is why the clipboard per patient is a good idea. So to keep track of all the patients that come in and go out of the hospital, a Patient Tracking Software would be a good idea.
In the company, we have what we call a healthcard file for each employee to keep track manually the history of the health of the employee and that is only for the employees who are there. So I would imagine the demands of tracking the patients.
