My mom bought my dad some cardiovascular equipment.

My dad had a heart attack when he was forty years old. After the doctor gave my dad the okay to go back to work, my mom bought my dad some cardiovascular equipment. My dad used to smoke cigarettes, he never exercised, and he never ate right. Since his scare, he has quit smoking, he has been eating healthier, and now he can exercise as well. Hopefully, he won’t have to worry about having another heart attack. I know that I am at risk for heart disease, so I have been going to my parents’ house and using the cardiovascular equipment on a regular basis. I don’t want to have a heart attack at an early age like my dad did.
