Health Secrets…A Confession of Sorts

Do you have any health secrets? I do and it’s very easy and simple. It involves eating the right kind of foods which makes for a balanced diet. Regular exercise is also part of my regimen. I do not go to the gym to work out but rather I take long walks. I make sure that I have enough sleep and rest to ensure energy and optimum performance in my daily work. I also drink lots of water to keep myself hydrated. Proper hygiene completes my repertoire of health habits. Actually, the things that I do are not exactly top secret. A lot of people are doing the same things that I do.
