How to gain height? This is a question which arises in the mind of many people throughout the world. We found some people in their late sixties and seventies who had about the same exercise for height enhancement as you would expect from sedentary 25-year-olds. It is never too late in life to begin an exercise program. Just ask Joan Rowland, who was diagnosed with angina at age 60. To combat the condition, her cardiologist prescribed walking. It wasn’t long before she entered her first racewalking competition. Within five years she set a world record and nearly 15 national ones.
