Eat Six Times a Day and Lose Weight Effectively with Medifast

The Medifast 5 Diet Program lets you eat six times a day with five medifast meals and one “Lean and Green Meal” that you prepare for yourself. That meal can include u to seven ounces of chicken, turkey, or fish or up to five ounces of beef, pork, or lamb. It can be eaten at any time during the day and gives you more freedom with your diet. These meals are well balanced, pre-portioned meal replacements. They are low fat, and calorie and carbohydrate controlled meals. They will supply you with all the energy you need to carry yourself at full strength all day, everyday.
