Most of us want a better smile, and for many of us this means whitening our teeth. Many things can contribute to the discoloration of teeth, including smoking, drinking coffee and tea and aging. But with the costs of professional teeth whitening on the rise, many of us are looking for ways to look better while not spending a fortune. One question asked a lot is does hydrogen peroxide whiten teeth? The answer is actually, yes, in many cases it can. But hydrogen peroxide also has some side effects, and the peroxide you can buy in the store is not very strong, so may not result in the best results.
