Does Cellulite Cream Work?

Like many women, I have started to develop some small patches of cellulite on my legs. I would like to nip the problem in the bud, but I am not sure what to buy. I have no experience with cellulite products so I don’t know if there is one type or brand that works better than others. I have seen several informational commercials on tv that advertise different types of creams. Do cellulite creams work? If so, are there certain types I should be looking for? Or is there a “secret” ingredient that would work better than products which do not have that particular ingredient in them?
