A Simple Insomnia Cure That May Help You

This is not an insomnia cure that will work for everyone. It is a very simple one and does not involve any drugs or even herbal or holistic remedies. However, if you have a problem sleeping you should at least consider it to see if it applies to you. It’s the kind of thing that will work in a surprising number of cases just because people are not paying attention to their schedules. Here it is: make it a rule to turn off your television, computer, stereo or any other distracting device after a certain hour, say ten or eleven at night. It would obviously be simplistic to say that all insomnia is caused by these devices, but a lot of people do not get enough sleep for the sole reason that they are unable to pry themselves away from computer games, instant messaging or late night television. Try it. Sleep is more important than any of those things.
