The Secret shopper’s secret shopper!

Although no one can really detect a good mystery shopper, just about everyone knows what a mystery shopper is. Some how every job has found this tool a great way to assure customer service and they’ve made it clear to the employees that some customers are there specifically to report back how the service was. This is a valuable tool both in practice and in preventing bad customer service. It makes the employees do their job! Companies that Employ Mystery Shoppers look for the same customer service skills the companies they work for want.. I wonder if they have secret-secret shoppers that are working in the restaurant to watch their secret shoppers? Maybe their customers that watch the secret shoppers?
