The New Housing Bill Should Bring Relief for Some

With the new housing bill recently signed into law, many people will begin flocking to their lenders in hopes of getting a loan rate modification so that they can hang onto their American dream. It is really unfortunate that everyday the news is flooded with more cities and more families who have lost their homes. And, this loss is not just with people who knowingly purchased homes they could not afford. some of these people are elderly couples or widows and widowers who were deceived with reverse mortgage scams. They signed papers and later realized that they had a mortgage with an adjustable rate.
