Thankful For Secured Credit Cards

Up until now, I have only had one option when it comes to credit cards: secured credit cards. But, today, that all changed. I was approved for an unsecured credit card. However, I only have my secured credit card history to thank for this day. If it were not for me having a chance to build my credit with my secured cards, then I do not know if I would even have any credit. Everyone has to start somewhere with their credit, and for me it was with secure credit cards. I am thankful I was able to have the opportunity.
