Tasty Pastry Chef School

By admin | August 15, 2009

Are you a career-minded individual who wants to have a job that is rewarding, lucrative and “tasty” too?  If so, there are many culinary facilities that provide specialty courses, including pastry chef school.  Be a professional baker of pastry by just enrolling in one of the many pastry courses available.  There is about 900 hours of course work involved and upon graduation, you will be able to get gainful employment in the baking and pastry industry.  Most schools have flexible hours so that you can work them around your current working and home schedule.  As a pastry chef, you will be trained in fine commercial kitchens and receive mostly hands-on training with some additional course work.  You will learn the basics of bread making and go from that to pastries and desserts.
