Serious Job Search

I am serious about finding a job and I have been searching for paralegal jobs. I have heard that if you are out of work you should consider looking for work your full time position. I am doing just that. I work from 8 am to 5 pm working on the computer, looking in the want ads, practically knocking on doors to find a job. I would like the same work hard ethic applied to me when I solicit my resume to a headhunter. I do not want to just go to any company and have them take my resume, I need a company that will work hard to find me the best job.
