I Found a Great Party Wall Surveyor

I had a crack in my party wall and I needed to fix it sooner than later. One of the hurdles I need to jump before I found someone to get it fixed was I needed to hire a Party Wall Surveyor. One of the tricks with this however, is that according to the Party Wall act of 1996, I needed to do this in conjunction with my neighbor. We asked around and found a fantastic surveyor to come in and do the job. He created a schedule of condition and set out any conditions and who was responsible before any work started. It was great to have that clarity.
