I have been surveying the homes for sale in Illinois and one thing is evident., there are two rooms that will sell your home the bathrooms and the Kitchen and I would say that number one is the Kitchen. Even woman who are not big in the culinary arts, fall in love with Kitchen and will purchase a home because of the Kitchen. Maybe it is in the female DNA or something.
So what are the minimum bells and whistles needed in a home in 2008? Granite, Tile flooring, stainless steel appliances and a Kitchen Island. The professional line of appliances are most popular such as Wolf or the newer lines such as Sears Professional or Electrolux.
