Home refinancing literally saved my life.

I owned my own home, and I had a lot of equity built up in it. I became very ill, and I went to my doctor to find out why. She ran some tests and found that I was having trouble with my kidneys. They were not functioning properly. I did not have health insurance, and I needed to have surgery. I was able to have the surgery, because I refinanced my home and cashed out the equity that I had in it. Home refinancing literally saved my life.
