Gain confidence with listening skills

You can gain confidence from your employees by developing effective listening skills which will enable you to get the relevant information and details out of your employees in order to channel their ideas in the correct direction and make the best decisions for the company. Often employees have great ideas and it is a matter of getting those ideas out from them and turning them into processes for the company, to do this you do need to have good listening skills and this may well set you aside from your other managers.
