Imagine that Babu and friends are gathered together in the evening at their usual spot, talking and relaxing. One of the topics that they discussed was the ways and means to prevent the wide spread use of plastics. It was then that Babu hit upon an idea. Why not start an organization to manufacture paper bags? What Babu lacked were Organizational Skills . But some of his friends who were adept in organizational skills made up for this lack. Babu and friends then practiced various aspects of organizational skills like identifying a need, finding out the best people to fulfill the need, asking them to work in an efficient manner etc.
