One thing that is nice is when you go to a convention you often get a freshly made photo ID with your name, company and rank in the company printed right on the card. The id card photo systems make this a breeze and they look completely professional, not like some paper sticker you put on your shirt with just your name written in a marker. The ID cards that you can make on the fly with these systems bring a certain professionalism to these conventions and make everyone feel like their important, as they all have a part to play in making this convention a success.
