Can I Get WA DUI Conviction off My Record?

I was on my way to home from office. Suddenly I saw a car of police officer came towards me in the mirror and pulled my car over. They are patrolling to check suspected dui persons. I gave my breath test and unfortunately failed. They asked me to do sobriety test which I denied politely. After getting the dui conviction I contacted a team of tacoma drunk driving lawyers to minimize my dui charges and get dui conviction off my record. The lawyer told me it isn’t possible to get dui conviction off my record. However it’s possible to minimize the dui charges and penalties based on the case.
