what not to wear
By admin | March 24, 2008
If you are a serious dancer, then you should be just as serious about your dancewear as you are about getting all of your moves downpat. For example, when most spectators watch dancers perform, yeah- they care about the dance steps and everything, but what they see is that outfit you have on. If the outfit is boring, then they may not care to see what you have to offer in the way of dance moves. Think abou it. You might be an excellent dancer: you’ve got your coordination down, your moves are on point and your music selection is awesome. However, if you’re dancing to Living La Vida Loca in a brown, paper sack, then chances are that no one is going to really see how good you are because they would’ve already lost interest. That is an extreme example of what not to wear, but you do want to take into consideration the outfit that you will perform in because all eyes are on you.
