In fact, it is by far the largest of my entire collection. The reason for this is that the Smokies are my fondest photo destination. I have gone there dozens of times and every time I’m there I am moreover in awe of its beauty and diversity. I can honestly say that I cannot recall ever having a disappointing time. The Smoky Mountain nature completely fills my senses and inspires me. Another desired destination of mine is Yosemite National Park. I hope to go there someday. It’s where the great photographer Ansel Adams spent his life exploring and photographing. Until then I will be content to probe the wonders of the Smoky Mountains searching for that next unique and inspiring scene.
